3. The Journey: Shipping & Delivery

3.1. Processing Time

Our gnomes require 1-2 business days to carefully prepare your order before it begins its journey to you.

3.2. Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivery within 10-15 business days after shipping
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, delivery within 15-25 business days after shipping

3.3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to most regions of the world, excluding parts of Asia and certain remote areas. If we cannot ship to your location, we will notify you during checkout.

3.4. Delivery Delays

While we provide estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. Delays may occur due to customs inspections, weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3.5. Risk of Loss

All items purchased from MystiCostume Shop are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

4. The Unraveling Spell: Returns & Exchanges

4.1. Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible:

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• All original tags and accessories must be included
• Item must be in original packaging

4.2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Body Part Décor (often personalized)
• Chains & Shackles
• Creepy Doll Décor
• Insect & Rodent Décor

4.3. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. Await our Return Authorization Number (RAN)
4. Ship items to: MystiCostume Shop, 295 Prudence Street, Farmington Hills, US 48335

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

4.4. Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
