We swiftly dispatch your orders from our realm to yours. Please allow 1-2 business days for our gnomes to carefully process and pack your order before it begins its journey.

Shipping Methods & Timelines:

  • Standard Shipping (✉️ $12.95): Your package will be sent via trusted carriers like DHL or FedEx. Once it leaves our realm, please allow 10-15 business days for it to reach its destination.
  • Free Shipping (🎁 Orders over $50): For our valued patrons, we offer free shipping via EMS on qualifying orders. Please allow 15-25 business days for delivery after your order has shipped.

Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by forces beyond our control, such as customs inspections and seasonal portal disruptions. We do not currently ship to all parts of Asia and a few other remote regions of the globe.

Part II: The Unraveling Spell – Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our mystical wares. If an item isn’t quite right, we accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your shipment.

Eligibility:

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it. All original tags and accessories must be included.

The Ritual of Return (Step-by-Step Process):

  1. Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, contact our support coven at [email protected]. Include your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
  2. Await Our Correspondence: Our team will review your request and, if approved, send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions within 2 business days. Do not send anything back without this RAN.
  3. Prepare the Artifact: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Clearly write the RAN on the outside of the package.
  4. Send It Back: Ship the package to our enclave:

    The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., we sent the wrong item).
  5. Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email notification of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

Refund Restoration:

Upon approval, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please note:

  • Refunds for credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) and PayPal may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account after processing.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • For exchanges, we will ship the new product once the return is received, using the same shipping method as your original order.

Due to their intimate, custom-crafted, delicate, or collectible nature, the following mystical items cannot be returned or exchanged for your safety and ours:

  • Body Part Décor: Often involves personalization and custom crafting.
  • Chains & Shackles: For safety and hygiene reasons, these cannot be returned once opened.
  • Creepy Doll Décor & Insect & Rodent Décor: These are highly fragile and collectible pieces, making returns exceptionally difficult.
