1. Return & Exchange Policy Overview
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that certain items, due to their mystical nature, cannot be returned or exchanged (see Section 5).
2. Step-by-Step Process
- Initiate a Request: Contact our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions within 2 business days.
- Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Include the RAN on the outside of the package.
- Ship the Item: Send the package to our address:

4. Refunds
Once your return is processed and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) & PayPal: 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you exchanged the item, we will ship the new product once the return is received, using the same shipping method as your original order.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Due to their intimate or delicate nature, the following products are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Body Part Décor: These items are custom-crafted and may involve personalization.
- Chains & Shackles: For safety and hygiene reasons, these cannot be returned once opened.
- Creepy Doll Décor & Insect & Rodent Décor: These are fragile and often collectible, making returns difficult.
